Who it’s for

Organisations that need a clearer website, help improving an existing site, or a practical digital tool to reduce everyday administration.

What we can discuss with you

  • Planning and improving website structure, content and visitor journeys
  • Designing and developing mobile-friendly websites with accessible layouts
  • Building forms, simple tools and interactive prototypes for an agreed need
  • Preparing search-friendly pages, testing key journeys and planning a maintainable handover

From an idea to a useful digital service

The work is scoped around your audience, budget and the result you need.

  1. Understand the need

Review your existing site or tools, your audience and the actions visitors need to take. Agree priorities and a realistic scope.

  2. Make it tangible

Prepare a page structure or clickable prototype so you can review the content and journey before the full build.

  3. Build and check

Develop the agreed pages or features and check key journeys on desktop and mobile, including forms and clear error messages.

  4. Launch and hand over

Agree the launch, ownership, editing access and any ongoing support. Set out hosting, maintenance and third-party costs before commitment.

What the work could give you

Depending on the agreed scope, you could receive:

  • a new or improved website with clear content and calls to action
  • a tested prototype or small digital tool for a defined task
  • a practical handover and an agreed approach to updates and support

What happens next

Share your current website if you have one, who it needs to help, what you want visitors to do and your approximate budget and timing.

What this does and doesn’t cover

Search rankings, visitor numbers and enquiries cannot be guaranteed. Hosting, domains, integrations and ongoing maintenance are included only where specified in the agreed scope.

Questions about this support

Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. We start by looking at what is already useful and what is causing difficulty. A focused improvement may be more appropriate than a complete rebuild.

Can we try an idea before commissioning a full build?

We can discuss a scoped prototype so you can explore the journey and gather feedback. A prototype is an example, with any live accounts, saved data or integrations agreed separately.

What will it cost?

We agree a written scope and fees before starting. Any hosting, licences, maintenance or other recurring costs are identified separately so you can assess the ongoing commitment.

From a first question to agreed work

We first check whether the work is a suitable fit and whether we have availability. A written proposal sets out the work, what you will receive, timing and fees. Paid work starts only after the engagement is agreed.

An enquiry does not book work or commit you to a fee. Keep your first outline brief and avoid sending personal or sensitive records.
